Nice work. I would make a few corrections on some technicallities (such as shotaro being hard-boiled... he's half boiled till episode 48), but most of them are generally nit picks. Too bad well, actually, one nit pick:
There have been riders whose motifs aren't based on bugs (though they all have the eyes) and some that don't rider kick.
Right off the bat: Kiva. in fact, his motif, aside from bats, was... a pumkin (there's another wtf for you)
also Ryuki. His motif was a dragon from the get go.
It wasn't till the DecadexDen-o movie that Den-O got a rider kick... though I think he might be the only one not to have one in the Heisei era.
Okay, enough nits picked. or whatever. Anyhoo, keep up the fun bro. XD
...well, one more thing. It would be neat to see you do an episode on Masked Rider... of course, that would only be possible if you could track down any episodes. XD

Slade, no offense, but Rod is NOT the main form.... that would be Sword, his 1st an most used form. especially considering that Momotaros is the defacto leader of the Imagin... just sayin'
dendariiprime, he is still the main rider... being that Ryoutaro is the base. And no, Sword wasn't the first form, that was "Plat" form. his most rarely used from (outside of maybe Wing). When I refered to him being the "main", I'm including all forms. Den-O Rod form, Ax, Gun, Sword, Wing, Plat, Liner, Climax, and Cho Climax are all the main Rider, as he is still Den-O. Zeronos is the Secondary Rider.

Slade, I'm sure he meant to say that its his main form not first. This refers to the form Toei mainly shows him in and which is his most important form to the series. For instance Kabuto has a Masked form which is his first form, Is this his main form? No since Rider form is what they mostly see as his most important form. Same goes for Kuuga who has a Growing form as his first but has the Mighty form as his main form. All the others are Secondary forms not because they belong to another Rider but because they are not the main from. OOO explains this a little better by showing that TaToBa has a gold rim around the chest. And only giving complete forms songs.
